Allow MAC Spoofing (i.e for CARP)

Currently, OnApp will not allow traffic to egress a VM over the HV if the guest MAC spoofed is not the MAC assigned to the VM vNIC. MAC spoofing is a crucial part of technologies like CARP (used in HA pairs of pfSense/OPNSense for example). OnApp networking stack should have options to ignore strict MAC enforcement, and/or allow MAC spoofing per vNIC per VM.
